LLB (3 YEAR )
The three year LLB course can be availed only after graduation. The entrance exams held for the 3 year program is usually offered by Delhi University, Benaras Hindu University etc. LLB 3-year course is mostly divided into six semesters (or more based on the hosting institute). Generally, LLB application process begins around the beginning of the year, and the entrance exams are held during summer.
LLB (5 YEAR )
The objective of 5-year LLB is not any different from the 3-year LLB programme. The only difference is that the programme also focuses on basic graduation level subjects apart from core law education. Students must have passed graduation with at least 45% marks.
